What does congruent mean? A polygon is a plane figure with at least 3 sides and angles. Congruent means identical in form, in other words the same. 4. What are the three basic types of tessellations? The three basic types of tessellations are regular tessellation, semi-regular, and non-regular tessellations. The regular tessellations are made up of congruent polygons al meeting vertex to vertex. The semi-regular tessellations are made up of two or more polygons. The non-regular tessellations is where there are no restriction on the order of the vertices of the polygons. 5. What is a color scheme?
A color scheme is a arrangement or combination of colors. The six color schemes are complimentary, rectangle, analogous, triadic, square, and split complimentary.
